Due to the change in legislation on 18 May 2022, we must now verify your PAL against either a secondary piece of photo ID, or against your likeness during a video call (contact us directly to schedule if you want to go this route). As such please use This Link to provide a copy of your PAL and Drivers License for verification. Alternatively feel free to send them via email to accounts@marstar.ca. or by fax/text to 613-801-1911. This information will be destroyed after confirmation. Additionally, please ensure that the email address used matches the email address contact point you provided to the RCMP on your PAL Application
